Image Makers

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 19, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Image Makers (“Image Makers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use the Image Makers application for iPhone or iPad (the “App”).

Image Makers is designed around on-device processing. AI image generation is performed locally on supported devices after the selected model has been downloaded. Unless expressly stated otherwise in this Policy, your prompts, generated images, imported content, prompt history, and generation settings are not transmitted to us.

1. Information processed locally on your device

Depending on the features you use, the App may process and store the following information locally:

  • prompts and negative prompts;
  • generated images;
  • images or other content you choose to import;
  • prompt and generation history;
  • selected models and styles;
  • generation parameters, preferences, and settings;
  • downloaded AI model files; and
  • subscription or feature-access status stored by the App.

This information is used to provide the App’s functionality and remains under your control on your device. We do not operate a cloud gallery or receive a server-side copy of this locally processed content unless a future feature clearly informs you otherwise before the content is transmitted.

Information stored by the App may be included in device backups managed by Apple, depending on your device and iCloud settings. Apple’s handling of backup data is governed by Apple’s privacy terms.

2. Local AI processing

AI models available through Image Makers run locally on supported iPhone and iPad devices after download.

Your prompts, generated images, prompt history, imported images, and generation parameters are not sent to us, model authors, or model-hosting services merely to generate an image.

Processing speed, output quality, storage requirements, energy use, and model compatibility may depend on your device and the selected model.

3. Model catalog and model downloads

To display the model catalog, check model availability, download models, verify files, or obtain model-related information, the App may connect to services operated by us or by third parties, including model repositories, content-delivery networks, and hosting providers.

Those providers may automatically process limited technical information necessary to respond to the request, deliver files, prevent abuse, and maintain security, including:

  • IP address;
  • request date and time;
  • requested file or resource;
  • approximate location derived from an IP address;
  • device, operating-system, browser, or network information;
  • download status and volume; and
  • security and diagnostic information.

Image Makers does not include your prompts, generated images, prompt history, or imported images in model catalog or download requests.

Third-party model hosts process technical connection data according to their own privacy policies. Availability of particular models or hosting providers may change over time.

4. Photo Library access

The App may request access to your Photo Library when you choose to import an image, save a generated image, or use another feature that requires access to selected photos.

The App accesses only the content permitted through the applicable iOS permission or photo picker. Photo Library access is not used to upload your photos to us.

You may review or revoke Photo Library permission at any time through iOS Settings. Certain importing or saving features may not function without the necessary permission.

5. Sharing and exporting

When you choose to export or share an image, iOS may make the selected content available to the application, person, or service you select.

Once content has been shared outside Image Makers, its handling is governed by the privacy practices and terms of the selected destination. We do not control how recipients or third-party applications use content that you voluntarily share with them.

6. Purchases and subscriptions

The App may offer paid features through auto-renewable subscriptions, non-consumable purchases, consumable purchases, free trials, promotional offers, or other purchase methods permitted by Apple.

Purchases made through the App are processed by Apple. We do not receive your complete payment-card or banking information.

Apple may provide the App or developer with information needed to validate and manage purchases, such as:

  • product identifier;
  • transaction identifier;
  • subscription status;
  • purchase, expiration, or renewal date;
  • entitlement status;
  • storefront or country information; and
  • limited information concerning refunds, billing retries, or promotional eligibility.

We use this information to provide purchased functionality, restore purchases, prevent fraud, maintain transaction records, and respond to purchase-related support requests.

Apple handles payment and App Store account information under Apple’s own privacy policy and applicable App Store terms.

7. Advertising

The App may display contextual or personalized advertising in versions that include advertising functionality.

Advertising providers may process information such as:

  • IP address and approximate location;
  • device and operating-system information;
  • App version and language;
  • advertising identifiers, where permitted;
  • ad impressions, interactions, conversions, and frequency;
  • diagnostic, fraud-prevention, and security information; and
  • information about consent and advertising preferences.

Where required by law or Apple policy, the App will request permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework before allowing tracking or access to the device’s advertising identifier. If permission is not granted, advertising may still be displayed using contextual or otherwise non-tracking methods.

Advertising providers may act as independent businesses or as service providers processing information on our behalf. Their processing is governed by their respective privacy notices.

We do not provide advertising networks with your prompts, generated images, prompt history, or imported images for advertising purposes.

The advertising providers included in a particular release, if any, may be identified within the App, on this Policy’s hosting page, or in applicable consent information.

8. Analytics and diagnostics

Current or future versions of the App may use limited analytics, crash-reporting, performance-monitoring, or fraud-prevention services to understand whether the App works correctly and to improve reliability.

Depending on the implementation, these services may process:

  • App version and installation information;
  • device model and operating-system version;
  • general usage events;
  • feature interactions;
  • performance information;
  • crash logs and error reports;
  • diagnostic identifiers;
  • IP address and approximate location; and
  • subscription or purchase events.

We do not intentionally include prompts, imported images, generated images, or prompt history in analytics or crash reports.

Where required, analytics or similar optional processing will be subject to applicable consent choices. The specific providers and data categories used in a particular release must correspond to the App’s disclosures in the App Store.

9. Information you provide to us

If you contact us by email or another support channel, we may receive information such as your email address, name, the contents of your message, attachments you choose to provide, and technical information relevant to your request.

We use this information to respond to you, provide support, investigate problems, protect the App, and maintain necessary records.

Please do not send private prompts, personal photographs, generated images, or other sensitive information unless it is necessary for your request and you are comfortable sharing it.

10. How we use information

Where applicable, information described in this Policy may be used to:

  • operate and provide the App;
  • deliver models and requested resources;
  • validate purchases and provide paid functionality;
  • display and measure advertising;
  • maintain security and prevent fraud or abuse;
  • diagnose errors and improve performance;
  • communicate with you and provide support;
  • comply with legal obligations; and
  • establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

11. Legal bases for processing

Where the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or similar laws apply, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases:

  • Performance of a contract: to provide requested App functionality, models, purchases, and support.
  • Consent: where consent is required for tracking, personalized advertising, optional analytics, or access to device resources.
  • Legitimate interests: to secure, maintain, diagnose, and improve the App, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights.
  • Legal obligations: when processing is necessary to comply with applicable law.
  • Legal claims: where necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.

You may withdraw consent through the applicable device, App, or provider controls. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before consent was withdrawn.

12. Disclosure of information

We may disclose limited information:

  • to model hosts and content-delivery providers when your device requests model files;
  • to advertising, analytics, diagnostic, security, or support providers used in the applicable App version;
  • to Apple for purchases, distribution, device functionality, and App Store services;
  • when required by law, legal process, or a valid governmental request;
  • when reasonably necessary to protect users, the App, our rights, or public safety; or
  • in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or transfer of the App or related business, subject to applicable law.

We do not disclose your locally stored prompts or creations because we do not receive them through the App.

13. Sale and sharing of personal information

We do not sell your prompts, generated images, imported images, or prompt history.

Certain personalized advertising practices may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or use for targeted advertising under some privacy laws, even when no money is exchanged for personal information. Where such laws apply, we will provide any consent or opt-out mechanism required for the advertising practices used in the applicable version of the App.

You can also limit tracking through iOS privacy settings. Device-level settings may not replace every right available under applicable law.

14. International processing

Apple, model hosts, advertising providers, analytics providers, and other service providers may process technical information in countries other than your country of residence.

Where required, appropriate safeguards will be used for international transfers, such as adequacy decisions, contractual protections, or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms.

Locally processed prompts and creations are not transferred internationally by us because we do not receive them.

15. Retention and deletion

Prompts, history, downloaded models, locally stored settings, and App gallery content generally remain on your device until you delete them, clear the relevant history, remove downloaded content, or uninstall the App.

Removing the App generally deletes its locally stored data from the device, subject to iOS behavior and any device or cloud backups controlled by you or Apple.

Technical information processed by third-party hosts, advertising providers, analytics providers, Apple, or other providers is retained according to their respective policies and legal obligations.

Support communications may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and comply with law.

16. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the information we process.

No device, software, transmission method, or storage system is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, Apple ID, backups, exported files, and any content you share.

17. Your privacy rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights concerning personal information processed by us, including the right to:

  • request access;
  • request correction or deletion;
  • object to or restrict certain processing;
  • withdraw consent;
  • request data portability;
  • opt out of certain targeted advertising, sales, or sharing;
  • appeal the denial of a request, where applicable; and
  • lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection authority.

Most prompts and creations cannot be accessed, corrected, or deleted by us because they remain only on your device. You can manage that content using the App, iOS, or by uninstalling the App.

To submit a request concerning information we actually hold, contact us using the address below. We may need to verify the request and may retain information where permitted or required by law.

18. Children

Image Makers is a general-audience application and is not directed to children under 13 or the higher minimum age required in their jurisdiction for independent use of comparable online services.

We do not knowingly collect prompts, generated images, or imported photographs from children because that content is processed locally. Advertising or analytics providers, if included, must be configured and disclosed in accordance with applicable age-related requirements.

If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us through a support channel or another non-local feature, contact us so that we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.

The App must not be used to create, request, possess, or distribute unlawful or exploitative content involving minors.

19. Third-party services and AI models

The App may provide access to AI models, model files, repositories, or related materials supplied by third parties.

Third-party models may be governed by their own licenses, acceptable-use policies, attribution requirements, and other terms. Information about an available model and its applicable notices may be presented in the App, its model listing, accompanying files, or a designated notices page.

This Privacy Policy does not replace the terms or privacy notices of model authors, model hosts, Apple, advertising providers, or other third parties.

20. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes to the App, third-party services, legal requirements, or our practices.

The revised Policy will be published with an updated effective date. Where legally required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before materially different processing begins.

Your continued use of the App after an update is subject to the revised Policy, except where applicable law requires another form of acceptance.
